Omg how do you guys know when baby has dropped ? I feel like he's been dropping every day now but I'm not exactly sure . 😭😭

Doc says I'm still 2cms and I'm about 60-70% softened but baby hasn't dropped completely and I just wanna cry like if she hasn't dropped all the way then why does my pelvics feel like this somebody help how do I get this baby to drop more 😞🤦🏽♀️
