I'm going natural and trying to brainwash myself to not be afraid the more scared you are the more it will hurt is what I've been told him just trying to prepare my body to relax and know that it will all be temporary and over and has a purpose the tenseness I will feel trying to stay away from the word pain and hurt lol mind control 🤓🤔 but I'm a FTM so hopefully I can stay with this the whole time lol

I honestly wasn't scared until my SO and I did our hospital touring...Reality hit and I'm actually kind of nervous! I will get an epidural if the pain is too strong!

That's true too. 👆🏼not even the fact of child birth although I had an epidural, I was still very aware of what was going on down there, the recovery process is such a drag and the worst part in my opinion.

I've heard a lot of women say that the second time around is more nerve wrecking because they know how painful it is.
