Anyone have any advice on how to handle pregnancy paranoia? I am almost 30 weeks, but am starting to panic about the umbilical cord. My baby has periods of time where she'll move really good for a couple days, then get quiet for a while. It scares the crap out of me every time and i have to tell myself it's normal to keep from going to the hospital every time :/

I know I'm trying my hardest!!! You too... 😊 I know he always tells me to relax and that he is okay. I'm sure our feels are normal!

Ugh :( sorry dear! Just stay positive. And don't read horror stories like I have been!!! Much much larger chance that he will be perfect than anything else. :) my husband gets so mad at me when I freak out because she feels my stress. He will be here before you know it and you'll be holding him!!! @shananaginsx

I'm a first time mom too, so I am constantly worried too. I'm more worried cause I haven't had an ultrasound since 18 weeks and I'm now 32 so I have no idea what's going on in there. I want him here too that way I know he's okay. I tell myself the doctors know or I'll really know if something is wrong. It's definitely not easy. Especially when I have nightmares about it.

It's awful! I have to convince myself she's fine and that the chance is small that anything will happen but I am ready for her to just be here. Im a first time mom so I'm sure that's why... At our last ultrasound she had her cord all up around her face so now I can't stop worrying @shananaginsx

I drive myself nuts with the same thing 😐 but I've tried to tell myself worrying won't change anything.
