I've never been past 35 weeks before and my kids where fine.;)

my baby has been measuring big since I was 30 weeks. im still pregnant and only have 10 days until my due date. I get how hard it is, but the wait will be worth it for a healthy baby for sure

They say anything before 37 weeks is too early but it's not horrible. If the baby is ready then they're ready to come.

I have an apt this Friday, hoping they measure to see where I'm at. I'm already dilated 1cent. So .... Come on baby!! Lol @sheka16

@sheka16, when I was 34 I was measuring 37. with my last baby.

@marinesrodeo9394, I know how you feel girl same here I'll be 34 wks tomorrow but last wk at my dr appt my baby was already measuring 34 wks so I know he is big an healthy I can hardly breathe and I weigh 216 😫😫

My doc told me, baby will make it if at 35-36 weeks, but would need breathing help for a short amount of time. If 36-37 he should be fine. My boy tried coming at 33 weeks and they stopped it. I'm 35 weeks now and I am so ready for him to be here already. Not that I don't love feeling him move but .... I'm so ready to feel normal again, and be able to breath!! I feel like I'm suffocating.

@sheka16, your doctor knows best hun! my friend just had her baby at 35 weeks two days ago he's healthy but they're monitoring him because he is only four pounds. it just depends.

36 weeks is full term! I had mine at 37,38, and 36. my 36 week baby was my biggest at 8 lbs.

I had my daughter at 37 wks .

Baby would most likely be in the nicu for a couple weeks if he/she was born now

yes, baby's lungs need more time to develop at that point and there are still other things developing as well. it stinks being in pain like that at the end. hang in there, it will all be worth it
