I had this issue last week and the only thing that helped was a suppository.

you can try the Walmart brand cream and if you were not pregnant you could drink a few beers....all the guys I know say it helps

I been doing ice n did the warm bath with salt today around 2 pm

try sitting in warm salt water. just covering your bottom. or even put ice on it.

n its 6:00am n I can't get comfortable to even try to fall asleep

ya nothing is helping

Have you tried using the wipes.? They've always helped for me.
