When your water breaks. Do you have to rush to the hospital or you still have time ?
If I were you I would get there as soon as possible. Take into consideration how far away you live from the hospital.
I really didn't have much time after my water broke... my contractions were already about 8 min apart that whole morning. it was like 215 when it broke. I had her by 545 so sometimes delivery can go fast after your water breaks. I went straight to the hospital.
@britt16, Awww Tnx dear @their.bomb.ass.mom thank you. God bless for the explanation. My water hasn't broken yet. But I just need an idea on what to do when it happens
You definitely should get there within the next hour, you don't really have to rush. But, I was told if you have group b strep you need to immediately, if your water breaks on its own.
You have time. We live bout 40 minutes away from the hospital that my mom delivered my little sister from and when her water broke she got cleaned up an everything then we left and even stopped and got breakfast on the way. Lol
Awww thanks guys. Now I know what I gotta do. I am just asking just incase. @francesgln92 @oshia5starlady @emily18234
I'd say take your time but be quick about it lol I ate and packed some food first before leaving
you have time. take a shower pack a bag and make sure you have everything
you need to go in but you don't need to rush. I took a shower and changed my clothes and put a pad on ( don't want to leak all over the car lol)
Your water may not even break on its own! They may do it for you at the hospital depending on how far apart contractions are.
