I still get cramping at 30 weeks ! It's just your uterus stretching

@vannah, it's different for everyone, mine were only really bad if I forgot and moved wrong, like getting out of bed the wrong way, then they would hurt pretty bad all day. mine came and went until about 22 weeks I think. now I have braxton hicks instead lol.

early 2nd trimester is when the round ligament pains were the worst for me so far. I actually haven't felt them in weeks now.

It's normal !

that's mainly when it happens is the beginning I remember freaking out at like 7 weeks from cramps thought I might miscarriage but my doctor said it's normal that it's from the growing uterus
