when i lift heavy stuff and do alot i have noticed my head starts hurting extremely bad!
yeah and if he wasn't so adorable i wouldnt even be lifting his butt! 😁 & okay good call momma!
yeah im gonna stop im deffinetly not lifting anything heavy anymore but thanks @marienoelle
please do what the doctors tell you, avoid heavy lifting and over exertion even if you think you 'need to' or feel fine in the moment it's gambling with the safety of your unborn baby. not to sound dramatic but truly it's only 9 months not worth taking chances on anything.
yeah i would stop before it gets worse ya know 😊 it could be dangerous but some pregnant women can handle it. the heaviest thing i lift is my 11 month nephew. lol
i would stop lifting heavy objects, they say not to while pregnant.

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say...
Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
@butterfly919, I'm only 17 weeks and at 15 weeks my doctor told me to not lift anything over ten pounds. As strain can seriously harm not only yourself but your baby. Avoid heavier things like the plague.
