I'd say it's normal! my baby is 36 weeks and weighs 7.3 pounds according to the ultrasound which is on the BIGGER side haha so I'm a little glad I have not bought many newborn outfits
Pretty damn close! Like @kparis said baby might just be on the smaller side! If you haven't already start to buy more newborn size clothes. I had to learn the hard way when Savannah came home tiny and 0 to 3 was WAYYY to big lol

Yeah baby might just be on the smaller side. Also keep in mind the ultrasound weight is almost never correct.
