ok ladies I've been using baby powder on my daughters rump and my nose burns I have never used it before would it affect her the way it's affecting me?

It could depend on which powder you are using, not all of them are made from the same stuff! You could just have a sensitivity to it. If she doesn't show any signs of discomfort from it, I wouldn't worry too much.

Thank you. I almost wanna ask my boyfriend if he will bring home a mask from work so I can use it when I change her rump lol. I'll put one on her too so the powder don't get into her lungs

Try switching to a little cornstarch instead. Same idea and safer

I'll definitely try that @rgaine

ml eahn26, also Google using baby powder on young children. I heard it's not the best idea anymore. I haven't bought any for that reason. No need to chance it and cornstarch is a cheap alternative.
