is it possible to have a bloodless period?

for the past 2 weeks I've felt like I've been on my period.

lioe, full on, cramps. all the feelings you get with having a period.

Short Luteal Phase?

I've had light spotting/some bleed. My boobs have stopped hurting and I've got some twinges in my stomach the kind you get when you're on your period.
