Agreed with above, it releases oxytocin and other hormones that cause you to be sleepy...when your lil one falls asleep and isn't nursing anymore it prob wears off and you don't feel the effects anymore unfortunately

Breastfeeding releases certain chemicals in your brain. They make you sleepy, and some Moms will even describe it as a high.

When I lay down my contractions are 10 minutes apart but when I'm up and moving they come faster. I'm not understanding.

so I'm positive for the group b strep. antibiotics when I'm in labor.

spud @regelbaby, most likely no. I could request it and she might. I'll try to remember to let
mommablueberry I was too. luckily the antibiotics were just given through the iv and everything was fine :)

I don't smoke weed. So I guess I will never understand. But I'm not sure why people smoke weed when they're pregnant!
