Unless you feel a big urgency like your bladder is really full, then you're ok. @rainbowbaby2015 no, holding your bladder does not cause yeast infections. If you're prone to uti's then holding your bladder for no reason then you could be at risk for a uti.
Sorry when you mentioned both I thought that was what you meant @rainbowbaby2015 it happens. And unfortunately, there was a girl on here recently that asked when her baby would get into her uterus, so you never know who doesn't know lol!
