I woke up at 3am with menstrual cramps, managed to go back to sleep but hasn't stopped and now it's in my back. Baby has been moving a lot also. Is this a sign of labor? Should I go to the hospital or wait it out? I really don't want to go and have them send me home.

That's contractions, time them. when they're 5 minutes apart go in
