With my twins one always measured a few days ahead and one always measured a few days behind and when I gave birth one was shorter and weighed more and one was longer and weighed less.

They don't bump you up unless you're a full 7 days ahead. When I had my first ultrasound they bumped me up a week. Then at the organ check he was measuring a week +5 days bigger. They didn't bump me up again but now that they told me the weight at my last ultrasound he was almost a full lb bigger than he should be. My due date is 4/29. I don't think I'll make it that long.

mine is the same way I'm 16 weeks 2 days by LMP but measuring 16 weeks 6 days. I just keep the original and plan for the early

Babies can measure big or small, it doesn't change your due date

Each ultrasound they gave me I measured a little off. Your doctor will tell you if your due date changes.

if the didn't change your due date, go by the original. measuring a little further ahead is normal, and usually won't change anything.
