Over active let down is no joke. This is what comes streaming out of the boob that I'm not nursing on. I literally have to hold a cup under my boob. Can you imagine how much my Little One is getting when she's actually suckling??

what kind of bra does everyone wear? I had big boobs before pregnancy and I've gained in my boobs already, my bra is too tight. I need something with good support and no underwire.
does your SO play with your Boobs if you breastfeed?? I breastfeed and my husband made a comment that he wanted to grab my boobs and lick my nipples (tmi) and I felt grossed out and told him my boobs are food and I won't let him near them. Lol. Just wondering if boob grabbing/licking is off limits if you breastfeed.

@kms159, I don't, I think oatmeal is supposed to be good, but I'm not sure. I would start pumping now and then your body will start producing more as its needed. Don't wait till the night before to try and pump what you're going to need.

Do you eat or take anything to increase your milk supply? I'm going back to work soon but don't think I have enough to pump
