I'm in early labor!! They sent me home until my contractions are stronger or my water breaks, because I'm only 1cm and making super super slow progress. They said it could be a couple days or a couple hours, but I can do this part without the hospital.

i was 1 cm for a month and now im 2 and they dont think imma make it to my due date ive been waiting on my water forever i get contractions alllllllllll the time and the contraction shots dont work so i feel you mamaa you just gotta hang in their
I literally thought I was in labor for like an hour last night but I was able to fall asleep so now I'm just confused?!
@eev no his nurses are horrible about calling me back and I've told him at my last appt. how uncomfortable I was and he just kinda blamed it on dehydration or third pregnancy symptoms and just basically acted like it was all normal.. I'm so discouraged with him that if I get too uncomfortable I'll just get checked at the hospital I live close enough
@eev last night I was having a constant pain that felt like a really long contraction that got worse then lightened and got worse and kept going and I felt constipated like in my back or something I kept trying to go to the bathroom but couldn't cuz I thought that's what it was and it was just feeling like I needed to get in the hot shower but then when I was in there I felt like I needed to lay down...it was so crazy!! today I just feel uncomfortable and alot of pressure
@waylonsmommy252, at 30 weeks I was having contractions and was two cm dilated, they kept me overnight and had me on medicines to stop contractions and strict bedrest until last Wednesday, Thursday they checked my cervix and I wasn't effaced at all and was completely closed, then today contractions started back up but are way different from last time, doc says he's thinking only a few days (:
My sister was 1cm dilated and having contractions at 32 weeks and she didn't deliver till a week after her due date you could still have a good while!
@akelly16, I went in today because my contractions were/are two minutes apart and painful, but I can still walk/talk through them. I called my doc and asked if he wanted me to come in and he said yes. Yesterday baby dropped, and I was having a lot of discharge and diarrhea. Today it's only been contractions and it kinda feels like I'm constipated but not? Idk how to explain it lol
if you don't mind me asking what were your symptoms you were experiencing if any before they told you that? I'm 34 weeks and have been having weird things going on but don't have an appt. til next mon. and don't really have the money for extra hospital visits
It's crazy how comforting the hospital can be when you're in labor. Hope things progress so you can go back!

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
Yeah they've stopped it four times already for me and said this time they're letting her come so I'm just playing the waiting game!
