Damn all I did was take a few gulps of cran apple juice and now I have heartburn wtf! Eff you heartburn and backache 😩🔫

Sounds like acid reflux, not so much heartburn... Try milk.
Or tums if you have any! @dymond

Heartburn help
Before I got pregnant, I took Tylenol PMs at night for heartburn so I didn't stay up all night. But now I can't take it, my mom said not to. My OB is closed so I can't call and ask but I'm not going to chance it. What helps with heartburn?
babybump_user a glass of milk helped me so much
babybump_user You can still take Tylenol pm. Benadryl is safe as well.
