Feeling contractions they coming from my back then tighten up I'm not sure if it's false labor or Braxton hicks it's like every 10 min then I feel sharp pain lower belly I'm only 33 weeks

at 33 weeks I would call l&d 2 b safe

They say real contractions can start in the back and move to the front.. and that's exactly what mine did!
