Okay so I just want to make sure... Its fine to drink green tea while pregnant I didn't get my answer following a post? I mean coffee its fine to drink I kinda don't see why green tea isn't? Answers pls

So idk if this is a Mexican thing moms say but I heard it's not good to drink tea while pregnant and at my job I used to drink green tea with milk and sugar and I've been really wanting one so bad!!! Is this true? Supposedly some teas make you have a misscarage?

I love green tea and when my doctor asked my caffeine and tea intake he told me not to drink green tea because it can cause, miscarriage, stillbirth, and birth defects. I'm just personally not going to take that risk especially since I have already had one miscarriage so I stopped drinking it but I know a lot of girls that do drink it.

Idk I try not to drink coffee either but gave in once. Its just your own personal preferences.
