Those are all good tips. If it is really bad, I will take a long warm bath to relax the muscles. Just make sure the water isn't too hot.
I sit on a yoga ball, use a heating pad, massage, streching, walking it off; Rarely though I have days where my back pain will not go away with anything 😭
