So, I'm moving from NC back home to Ohio with my boyfriend. He's in the marine corps and is in the process of getting out but they keep pushing the date back. As of right now, it's been pushed back yet another week, to March 22nd. The soonest he can leave. I want to wait for him to move but at the same time, I'm miserable here. He's always working and I have no friends or family here. No job. And I'll be 31 weeks pregnant when we're able to move. I don't know what to do. Should I try to drive by myself back home now and just stop at a motel half way, or should I wait until the end of March to leave with him?

He'd be taking care of our stuff. If I wait for him I'll be 31 weeks. If I leave now, it would just be my dog and I driving there at 28 weeks. Not moving anything. @marisagurganus

I would wait. That way he's there to help you move things back... Moving while pregnant sucks especially at 31 weeks. I was 36 weeks when I moved and the stress made me go into labor early. It's best to have someone with you invade that happens while you're driving.

I'd honestly say wait it out for him. If you waited all this time, you can wait a few more weeks. But if they push it back again, I'd leave.

That's a sucky drive. If you're well I'd go back early to get set up with a new doctor, settled in, etc. so that you're ready when he arrives.
