Yay for migraines I have them almost everyday, sometimes with nose bleeds sometimes not. Today my nose bleed was so bad it was pouring out of my nose and I couldn’t breathe and was choking on the blood going down my throat. This is after it calmed down.🙃

If you're willing, get some wasabi and have just little bit. It will clear out your nose so fast lol. It's temporary but works like a charm for some fast relief
