My mom just called me. She asked how I was doing. I told her I was okay but cramping some and took a nap. Then she said all rude like "I don't know what's so hard about being pregnant. I did and had other kids to take care of." It really made me mad! It is hard being pregnant.

sometimes we have to pick and choose our battles of when to say something but maybe not talking to her for awhile will make her realize what she said was wrong. I get overly emotional as well. you're not alone. my husband had to talk to my mom cuz she said something out of line and he made her realize that this is my first pregnancy and she wasn't being very supportive of my emotions.
@nessa_475, thank you. ♡ I just didn't say anything when she said it. it was 26 years ago she was pregnant too. doubt she remembers it very well. I guess it just really hurt my feelings. I'm doing the best I can do.
every pregnancy is different. hers could have gone smoothly and urs isn't. don't get discouraged by her. if u have to don't talk to her for awhile. u don't need the negativity.
I just absolutely love some women on here! Some woman wants to write on another women's post telling her she shouldn't be having sex at all in the beginning of pregnancy. I didn't know she was her doctor. Then she wants to tell me that the first trimester is only 1-9 weeks pregnant. And she lost her baby at 4 weeks pregnant due to sex. Like sweetie that's your period starting!
