Lol all he did was sit on the couch and knock it over I'm like really don't you look before you sit lol. @mommyhughes4

i made sure to tell hubbs NOT to microwave, shake or do any other harmful thing when we start BF. i will have a mental breakdown if he ruins my milk!!

My boyfriend microwaved it yesterday and I was upset! It killed off all the good stuff. I'm only able to pump 4oz. a day right now and it sucks.

@alusardi, i would have cried!! BUT it sounds like it was an accident so at least now he knows to look!!
