tylonal breaks a fever. you can take robutson, mucinex, clariton and other medicines for other symptoms. not too many medicines for a fever, just tylonal

@shannaa24, thank you I figured Tylenol but I wasn't exactly sure. I have no other symptoms yet just a fever broke out of no where :/ but thanks!
