Had an axiety attack a couple minutes ago. Home alone and LO was asleep. I've had axiety attacks since I was 13. I was soo scared. SO didn't answer his phone so I started panicking and crying. LO woke up crying cause he was hungry and I kept panicking trying to make his bottle. I haven't had an axiety attack in a while. I had one in the begining of my pregnancy due to not eating breakfast and walking around the mall. LO is 4 months now so it's been a while. SO says its because I don't drink water... I hate these attacks...

I understand. I have them once in awhile. not too much anymore, but sometimes they can get really really bad

@jessicahartze, the doctor wont put me on medication because I'm not trying to harm myself or anyone but its so scary.

mine told me because of my past "drug" history (I smoked pot at 13) he wouldn't give me any...this way back when I was younger...when they were SO bad I could barely leave my house without panicking. doctors are dumb

@jessicahartze, same. mine started in high school. i wouldn't want to go to school or anywhere. it made me have an attachment to my mom.

My brother in law would have them and it looked so sad and helpless. I couldn't imagine! I get them a little driving or with new situations but not extreme.

@mommastone When I got one for the first time ever I thought I was dying. I had my mom take me to the emergency.
