I have a scheduled induction date and I haven't told anyone but my mom and won't let my boyfriend tell his family....
I don't want anyone there but him and my mom and don't want visitors until after the first day of meeting my first child. I want to be able to rest, bond, and just have my little family unit together alone before we have visitors.....
My boyfriends family is NOT happy about this.....

I done something similar, but they all knew when I was going to be induced, I told them I'll call them when I'm up for the visits. Close to all of them threw fits & never visited, thinking they'd break my heart! 😂😂😂

i did the same thing, i had friends that kept barging in so i asked my mom to tell the nurses that no one could come in.

My husband and I aren't having anyone visit us in the hospital and are making every wait until we are home... My mom and his mom are going to be the only people on the delivery room with us

I think it's your choice but I would let him have his mom there or whoever is most important to him because it's just as much his child as yours and his mom being there is just as important as your mom being there. Just something to think about. I do understand not wanting all those people there but he should have one person at least.
