what do Braxton hicks feel like?? 22 weeks 5 days

just an uncomfortable tightening of your belly. some people say they're painful but I dont think they are

Your tummy tightening. Usually you'll be able to see it happening, you may feel it.

I can feel tightening and my tummy gets really hard. . is that how it should feel?

your tummy gets hard & mine feel like It kind of takes my breath away & they are a little painful nothing like omgosh I'm dying but you know it still kinda hurts but its just cause I'm on my fourth kid so says my doctor

I barely felt mine. The only way I knew I was having braxton hicks was the first time I was hooked up to an NST machine, THEN I knew what to look for because I didn't feel them.
