So tomorrow is my shower and im litterally in tears with frustrating i wasnt able to do any of things i was suppose to…

So tomorrow is my shower and im litterally in tears with frustrating i wasnt able to do any of things i was suppose to do today because everyone and their drama . I go to the store and just so happen to run into my babys father's mom ( mother in law ) she tells me that her mom is no longer cooking for my shower thats tomorrow and she has to cook instead and she doesnt have any money i get pissed because why am i barely finding out about this mind you my shower is 100+ people . I spend the last bit of money i have that was suppose to be for my moms thank you gift for everything she has done on an order of chicken that i had to beg them to have ready by 11am . Now my lil sister messages me and says her mom wont let her come ( her mom and i dont get along she did it on purpose she knew about the shower ) i have alot of siblings my father died and its ironic if my grandma gets to see ALL of us together . Im still running around getting stuff having contractions 😤 and i have to wake up early to go to the nail shop and some more shit when all i was suppose to do was my hair get my make up done and show up so pissed

)): I'm sorry. I'm sure it will all work out! A bunch of people canceled for my shower tomorrow too. I was really sad but eh figure not worth stressing over (: trying to tell myself it can always be worse, no one could be there!

So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that

What would you do? - baby shower SO my mom has been very negative about the baby my entire pregnancy. Especially in the beginning, she said the most HORRIBLE things about me, my DH and my unborn baby. Like that I was making a big mistake, that I was making her 2015 the worst year ever... etc etc. Even when she would do nice things she made me feel like I was a HUGE inconvenience and a burden to her. She told me to definitely NOT expect a shower or anything like that from her. Fine, whatever, I don't need her, I didn't have this baby for her to raise. I'm married, living on my own and paying all my own expenses.

I love how I repeatedly told my father in law not to let my daughter root through the toy box because she doesn’t want anything out of it anyway and he keeps picking her up and taking her to the toy box no matter how many times I tell her no and tell him she doesn’t even want anything out of there anyway. At first I told him “only let her get one toy” so she picks one up and he is still holding her over the toy box then tries to put her over the baby gate so she can grab more. I’m sorry but you aren’t the one that has to pick up all these toys. You aren’t the one who has to put them back. He never picks up toys. Everyone wants to get the toys out for her out no one ever wants to help me pick them back up. The fact that I said not to let her get anything out of the box more than 5 times really pisses me off. You may be her grandparent but you aren’t her parent. So now I have mass toys to pic up on top of the toys she already had out from this morning
