Well I have GERD and have since I was a baby so it's kinda worse with pregnancy buuutt that's the first time I actually puked, I've just been waking up choking. @addi-maesmama

could be acid reflux,mine is terrible atm. maybe cause you were sleeping your throat relaxed and well..the stuff gotta go somewhere lol
