is it bad if you dont take prenatal vitamins all pregnancy?

I didn't find out I was pregnant until my 3rd month & even when I started on the vitamins, I always forgot to take them. I too was diagnosed with anemia and needed the iron pills. But my baby came out healthy and that's all that matters

I am terrible at taking them and I was diagnosed with anemia. 😕 now I need both iron pills and prenatals

I take one a day women's for my self and then the prenatal for the baby they are for the baby I am high risk and I told the doc I was ttc and he put me on the because he said that it help the baby with early development and help not have a miscarriage because baby is getting strong with those I would definitely use those the gummie ones at Walmart are like 16$

@lovemyrainbowbaby2, ive never been able to stomach them so my doctors have always told me… flinstone vitamins, I also take the gummy prenatals and have NEVER had a problem

there actually mainly for you not the baby so no it's not bad

well some of the ladies have been very lucky but yes it could be bad maybe u won't notice it right away but when they baby is getting older and it has speech problems and other things then that's when you realize it was important maybe try the gummie ones

I think they are important in the beginning when the major organs are developing at the end I just forgot to take them
