Tell me, has anyone else had a lot of hair fall out some time after having your baby?
I swear to God, I think I'll go bald if this goes on much longer! 😓

Honestly ladies, I've been trying to grow my hair out long for the first time in a while, but I just hate that creepy crawly feeling I get from my hair getting on my arms or back.
Might cut it all off again, but daaanng! @aek91 I tried vitamins too, did nothing!
@anap1012, breastfeeding causes it, too?? 😵
my hair is starting to thin at the temples really bad. I just noticed when I tied my hair up.... ugh
At 4 months PP hair started falling out and I hated the feeling of hair all over my arms and stuff so I cut it all off
5 months pp and my hair just now stopped falling out as much. Mind you it's still falling out A LOT compared to the "usual" me. I know it's because I'm exclusively breastfeeding so there's no preventing it ugh. For about two months my hair would come out in clumps. So bad that I started getting bald spots. But it's finally growing back!
I feel ya! I think the brushing helps but honestly I still find that shit EVERYWHERE too....
I was about 6 months postpartum when it started even taking vitamins it didn't help at all
@hellosweetie, I just got a trim, but I could try brushing it every other hour. I'm finding my hair EVERYWHERE, and I'm so tired of it! 😛
Yes it's completely normal, during pregnancy your hair gets thicker because of hormones then after you have the baby as those hormone levels lower, all that beautiful extra hair starts falling out...I suggest a trim and brush it often lol otherwise you'll pull entire mini-me's outta your head every time you shower like I have 😂😢😭
It's been three months for me, @kattastrophe, so I guess that means I have more hair to lose for a while yet 😫

been happening to me too, and it's been 5 months since birth.... I find wads of my hair everywhere and the drains are always plugged lol. I told my SO today that I hope I don't end up bald like Britney Spears during her crazy phase lol
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I might add I was breastfeeding as well lol thats why I was taking vitamins but I know what you mean I hated having hair all over the dang place! all over my clothes & in my babies hands & stuff just everywhere! ugh
