I'm 36 weeks tomorrow am I okay to go to a indoor swimming pool?

if we had an inside pool in my town I'd be in it all the time exercising. you're good. don't worry exercise or fun swimming is healthy :)

You're fine. I swam all the time. I was advised to get in a warm pool to help my baby turn at like 38 weeks. I go to a heated pool now too!

the one we usually go to is about in between warm and cold. I just need to relief some pressure and relax@mom-09-16 @shannaa24

it's the same as a warm bath tub. I don't remember seeing my mucus plug with my first pregnantcy. a warm or hot swimming pool is my favorite. i haven't swam in one since I was 10.

I'm pretty sure It's fine anything I've read is that it's not safe if you have lost your mucus plug.

that sounds so relaxing. yes you should be perfectly fine. if you get too hot just get out and drink some cold water.
