So I Pumped this morning around 8am and kept it in a cooler with an ice pack. It made it into my fridge around 2 pm is it still good? And am I able to freeze it still. It's the first time I've ever pumped and I don't want it to go to waste. @kmally @thehowtohippie

It's good for 24 hours in a ice chest/cooler with ice. Yes you can still freeze it

Yup! I would still use it.  Smell it.  You'll know if it's no good by the smell ;)
