I'm having my first ultrasound next week I'll be 5 weeks and 6 days you think they will be able to tell if the baby is all good ? I'm so nervous because I just want to know that everything is alright.

They will measure the size mostly. Go with your gut and focus on your body.

They make sure baby is good at the 20 week scan.. Right now theres not much to go by.. I think they'll just verify heart rate and measure crown-rump length..
