Ladies, I was checking one of my baby apps and it has me all worried now. Ugh. I don't eat much during the day (because nothing appears appetizing and looks like it will make me sick) but when I do eat, I eat like mini burritos, salad, fruit, fruit gummys, pickles, cereal and that's really all I can think of right now but the app said I had to take in a certain amount of certain minerals a day (which I know I shouldn't worry about keeping track of 100%) but my concern is that I don't take in some of the minerals that it mentioned. I hardly eat meat now but I have a little bit every night at dinner. I try to take my prenatals but it's been every other day to every 2 days and I've been trying to find ways to take in fluids, like orange juice, power aide (which I stopped a few days ago because it's made for people who have sweat and I don't really sweat through out the day so I was scared it could be potentially harmful..... but its so good!) and just flavoring my water with anything. I wasn't really into soda before this pregnancy but it's been helping with my fluid intake. (something is better than nothing) it's all non-caffeinated and I have one a day. I feel like a bad mommy for not taking in what I know I need.
Any suggestions or advice?

Try not to stress about it, I haven't been drinking nearly as much water as I should be but luckily my baby's healthy. I feel like it's a chore, but hopefully I will be able to find a way to drink more water soon.💫 Also, peanut butter is really delicious and it has tons of protein in it.
if the prenatal vitamins are making you sick, take them after you eat something (even a light snack) it really helps. (: don't stress yourself out
