So I haven't been feeling good since last night and I'm pretty sure I had a fever but it broke before I woke up and then I threw up this morning and I haven't done that sine my first trimester. I'm going into the doctors today for my anatomy scan anyone. Should I let them know what happened?

I woke up very dizzy almost fainted, my hubby had to carry me back to bed, everytime I move I throw up, one moment I'd be sweating the next I'd be cold...I prop my head up a little bit with my hand..I haven't had any food so I'm hungry....The only time I'm throwing up sick is when I'm pregnant. I've never ever been this sick....

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
Doesn't hurt to ask. For me, even though I don't have morning sickness anymore, I still have nausea occasionally and sometimes throw up every few weeks.
