My ladies, how many of y'all had to have a c-section? What did you do to recover? I'm up walking and everything most people are surprised. I really just want to know healing skills!
My incision was completely healed by week 2-3 but the pain didn't stop til a month or so. Keep walking and make sure to keep sucking in your stomach when you do things and when walking, that's about all you can do to help but it will help quite a bit. Eat healthy and drink tons of water. That will help your skin shrink and your body bounce back more quickly . Get as much rest as you can don't push yourself.
whatever you do, dont stop walking around. but dont over do it. if your in pain, ask for help. also a warm shower helped me when i was in pain. i would let the water run on the top of my stomach.
I walked a lot and took care of my kids 24/7 from day 1 people were surprised with me too but I really had no choice. They say it takes months to heal internally though
I did a lot of walking and I was back to normal within like 2 weeks. They made me walk while I was in the hospital. I think you would have to let your scar heal before you do anything for getting your tummy flat again. And even after your scar is healed you still have to take it easy because everything is still healing internally @hisqueen0219
I had a c-section with my last I was up cooking and cleaning and taking care of kids by day 4. Not by choice my "help" wasn't so helpful and my husband had to go back to work
I'm feeling pretty good. I'm walking and everything. I just want my scar to heal really pretty. Lol and my stomach to go back flat. Anything I can do while I'm still recovery since I can't exercise? @nixhole_lynn
I did ALOT of walking. they made me walk around the baby ward twice a day while pushing my son in his bassinest. it worked and I was feeling fine within a week. @hisqueen0219 good luck momma!
