my boyfriends mom just asked to take my daughter for a few hours on Monday. I'm having that mommy anxiety 😩 I don't want to be away from my baby girl for too long. & im breastfeeding so idk. she'll only be 2 weeks old, it's not that I don't trust her but I'm scared as hell 😩

Breastfeeding or not (but especially breastfeeding) she shouldn't take your newborn for that period of time. Either go with her or please just say no. My daughter was 4 months old when i finally left her with someone else and i still came back 15 minutes later because I changed my mind and needed to nurse her. It was all bad.
@proudmommyofdeilamonae, I know but I hate being mean. that lady is so damn sensitive & I feel like they just won't understand
tell her no if you uncomfortable with you it's your baby remember that.
Tell her you'd rather not... If you're not comfortable with it so soon I'm sure she'll understand
Why can't you go with her? I never leave my daughters side, if they want to see her they have to deal with me also lol
I wouldn't, especially not at 2 weeks plus you're breastfeeding. my daughter is a month and i still worry when I leave her with her dad at home to buy groceries and it's literally 2 miles away but I feed on demand so it's like what if she wakes up while I'm gone. It's hard to say no, but gotta think bout LO
