Did anyone take prenatal vitamins to help them get pregnant? Did it work??

I didn't but when I told my dr I wanted to tu to get pregnant she told me to take them. Good luck

I did and it worked.. Was trying for a year then I started taking them and 2 months later I was pregnant

I've been taking prenatal vitamins for years while on birth control and when I got off my birth control to make a baby I still kept taking them . I don't know if that's the reason I got pregnant tho
