K mamas i need some boob advise how did you breastfeeding moms get passed the awkward learning phase right now i have 2 crackled nipples whitch i had the lc come in amd show me how to better latch so that is being fixed but till these things heal my boobs are in major pain

Went for a "little" walk 3.6 miles well now its Braxton hicks contractions since we got back this is lovely
