On my 2nd dose of Cytotec to thin out my cervix. I was only .25 cm dilated at 1:00 and by the 2nd dose at 7:15 I'm 1 cm and 50% thinned. Next dose is in 6 hours...and next cervix check. My fluids were at 3.75 when I was admitted...still crazy how I can have low fluid but never noticed any leaking.
I have my strep b test next Wednesday. What should I expect? Also I was check to see if I was dialated almost 2 weeks ago and I was completely closed and my cervix was super thick. Is there anyway ti help thin out my cervix and help myself dialate?
I wish my hair was thin . I have thick wavy hair.
1 cm dilated Now I’m sooo uncomfortable it feels like my cervix is ripping with every step. Hoping baby comes this weekend or next week.
The nurse just gave me the first dose of medicine to soften my cervix and she said she'll give another dose at 4:30 a.m
20 days to my due date and yesterday I was 1 cm dilated. I’m so ready to be a mama to my baby. But she’s so not wanting to come out. Anyone have tips, to get my baby out?

I was on cytotec almost 24 hours before pitocin :(

Yup...I had the full 24 hours to and 2 doses of pitocin. Finally dilated to a 10. Had an amnioinfusion about an hour ago that finally got her going. @dropdeadmeg now just sitting waiting to push.
