I am so overwhelmed with everything to do with breast feeding. I had my baby Saturday and was already able to hand express colostrum. but while I was at the hospital they wee giving me needs that made it hard for me to feel when I was feeding and now I have so much nipple damage its not even funny. not to mention , is like a Dyson vacuum. I was told by my doctor to pump for the next two days and let it heal. but when I went to p pump three was so much blood. iI feel so frustrated

put some of this on the cone before you pump it sooths ur nipple and heals them and u don't have to wash it off before u nurse baby
start putting your milk on your nipple and let them air dry
i always heard that if you can get just the tiniest bit of milk out and rub it on your nipple that it will heal very quickly. sending prayers your way.

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
