Any of you ladies have or currently pumping with a used breast pump? My insurance through my employer does not cover them 😑 I'm not spending $300 on a new one. Just checking to see if you think it's a good idea......

I borrowed one from a friend with my first as the one my insurance sent was going wonky on me lol so as long as it was taken care of, you can buy your own parts such as shields and the like, I say borrow away

You can try wic also. In the beginning you'll get a handheld pump then when baby is a month you'll get an double electric. The pumps I got from them where medela pump in style and the Ameda both very good brands

Check with your hospital. The hospitals in ky rent them out for almost nothing

I am! I bought all the new wet parts on Amazon for 15 and found a medela "pump in style" for 60 on Craigslist!
