I have a question I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant and where my boob's touch I have a knot on each boob but when I rub it the knot goes away but comes back the next day is it normal or should I be worried??

I have a question I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant and where my boob's touch I have a knot on each boob but when I rub it the knot goes away but comes back the next day is it normal or should I be worried??
This happens to me if I were my bra for too long. I will change into my maternity bras before bed to avoid the knots.
