Don't think I'm producing enough milk. What can I do or try for my milk supply to go up???

what makes you think your not? most babies that age eat every three hours or cluster feed which is a growth spurt which often times they will eat every 5-20 mins which in return helps build your milk supply :-)

When I pump I can only get out 1-2 ounces , sometimes I'll be lucky and get 4 ounces from my right boob but that's like every once in awhile. & the doctor said I should be getting 3 ounces or more every time I pump. So I'm just a little worried @mrsmoore

no that's actually normal but there are ways to increase it and it's very common/normal for one boob to produce more milk then the other my right makes more then my left ,try pumping while your feeding baby to ,also try this tea called mothers milk tea,make sure your drinking plenty water also Gatorade powerade ,smart water anything with electrolytes will help also oatmeal helps as well I eat it every am

if your baby is wetting and pooping properly, don't be concerned by the pump results. that's normal.

Where can you get the mothers milk tea? @mrsmoore & @ashsmith91 yes her diapers are normal. She's always pooping and peeing lol sometimes she'll poop once , ill change her and then she'll poop again so I'll have to change her again lol

I get mine at pick n save and Walmart also if she's having 6-8 wet/dirty diapers a day she is fine and your doing good
