So I was on the Shot for a year. Stopped it in September. Didn't get my period back until end Dec. and no positive results yet. So I'm thinking about trying the pill to regulate first but Stopping it quickly to try again. But what do I know.? Any Suggestions.??? Please help.!!!

don't introduce any new artificial hormones. your body is trying to get back to normal - with the shot that can take a long time (years). just let your body find its normal rhythm again
