@daybaby3, I definitely wouldn't give in, I'd tell them to bill me before I paid anything to them.

Pretty sure that's how secondary insurance works. It should fall back onto Medicaid. You should call the Medicaid office and explain the situation to see if they can help.

I have tricare and Medicaid but I'm going through a divorce that will be done with before the baby is here and the doctor I'm trying to see now takes Medicaid and is 100% covered by them but they are saying since I still have tricare and they don't cover it that I'm gonna have to pay for it which makes no sense at all. I'm really freaking out thinking my baby isn't gonna be covered....
