I've been dealing with post partum depression. My doctor has me on medication for it. It was working at first, but now it doesn't feel like it's working. I've been getting anxiety and getting so fearful. I don't know if I should go back to the doctor or just tough it out. I've been getting physical activity but nothing seems to help. I just want to be able to enjoy my baby as much as possible. Any advice?
I've considered going to therapy but I just get so much anxiety over leaving her. I hate having to leave to go to work and if I do the therapy then that's even more time I have to spend away from her
Definitely let your doctor know, & find someone to talk to. Wether it's a councilor or a trusted friend/family member, or a total stranger on the web. 😊

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Ok I know I've done a few of these but my friend posted this on FB and we're getting some hilarious results. This was my last text:

So I scheduled my appointment for Thursday when my insurance is active! I'm just wondering if I should pay out of pocket to get a blood test done at this point 😩.
I hadn't been testing with fmu, so I just thought.. Let me test with my $1 test with fmu and see what happens (I've been testing with frer only - 1st Pic is the last one I took on Sat) and I got a faint line I think.. I've been getting negative with frer.
🤔
I feel like I'm going to drive myself crazy testing because I have to wait f...
herpes..
I'm soo sad. I've been with my husband 6 years next month. Him and SS get cold sores I thought I would never get them. Blahhh my lip is soo swollen it hurts and its soo damm itchy. I hate it I hate it. My husband just got one 3 weeks ago I didn't kiss him or share cups. :(
a lot of therapists would be okay with you bringing baby with you! I'm a therapist and if I'm working on postpartum I would never ask mom to leave baby
